An excellent apartment with a luxurious view. The staff are extremely helpful with anything (be it travel to/from airport or arranging trips to different kind of destinations) you might need.
The location is in the middle of Lapad meaning there's plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Bus connections are within 5 minutes walk. -

We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.

Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff

Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Great location to the south side of the city within the city walls. Close to al the sights, bars and restaurants. The property is a house on three floors. Small kitchen, lounge and bathroom on ground. Bedrooms on first and second. Lots of space. No outsode space, you wont find that in any old town locations in Dubrovnik, but the top floor is

The owner, Antun, got in touch beforehand to make our arrival as easy as possible. We then received a very warm welcome from Anna at the old city gate. She was really helpful, kind and friendly.
The apartment is in a charming location high up next to the battlements. It is a building with plenty of character but has modern facilities too. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Family that rents apartment is friendly and great. Heart where it belongs. Very nice and clean small apartment. Every place in Dubrovnik was close. Dubrovnik is beautiful and nice town with nice mediterranean climate.

in town. Easy to find and organise with Antun to be picked up at the
main gate by Pero to show us to the apartment. We arrived in Dubrovnik
without our suitcases after they were left in rome by the airline and
ended up having to stay 3 nights in Dubrovnik without any clothes. The
whole experience could've been so much worse, yet Pero was
