  Great location. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport, less than 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik or a one hour boat-trip from Cavtat. The hotel has a great, large pool area and the sea is just outside the hotel. Cavtat center is just a few minutes walk away with a variety of good restaurants and bars.   Excellent location (and view) to the beautiful bay and with the new and big sweetwater pool it was a great place to survive the hot days. The "Villas" are brand new apartments (we were one of the first occupants), good size for a family w 1-2 kids. Location is close to Dubrovnik either by boat or car.   This is a beautiful apartment; the light colour scheme and exposed stone walls make for a very understated elegance. It is in a fantastic location in the Old Town and was very quiet at night - noise was no issue. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent information about Dubrovnik, the apartment and Croatia in general.
