  Rooms are clean, spacious, well designed. Beds are comfortable. The hotel has just been renovated, it has a country feel with wooden floors. Great location for West Lake. 10 minute walk. - The location was great - 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride away from the west lake. The service was good too and the hotel owners were really nice.

  The staff is just great, helpful, friendly, smiling and generous. I remember I was sunbathing, looking at the beautiful bamboo forest, when someone working at Howoo came to me and offered me a delicious cup of coffee, though I had asked for nothing.   Banpinzi feels like a French country inn. In off-peak traffic, from West Lake it's a brief bus ride to your stop, then a five-minute walk down a forested road. The staff is young and friendly, the rooms may be cramped, but there's art on the walls and you hear chickens in the mornings. My room felt like a painting by Bonnard. Good plumbing, wi-fi, electricity, air-con. - The staff were excellent - very helpful and welcoming, as well as speaking a small amount of English. Quiet location.

I loved the colours of the hostel. Our bathroom lights were broken but they had it fixed in no time which is amazing in China. Excellent value for money!!!! We are definately staying here next time! - The location is good. About 10 min bike to the West Lake and there is a free public bike station nearby(in the parking lot of the Zoo). The price is cheap.
