The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. The breakfast is also very good and varied. - Very convenie

The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite. We would happily stay here again and would recommend the Century Plaza Hotel to our friends. . - hotel position

I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status. Loved every minute of it and cant wait to re-visit. -

Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night. It will definitely be the hotel I stay in while in GZ. -

In general the location and the ability to do business from the hotel. A good all round venue - This is a fairly new 5 star Hotel in Shenzhen China. It is very comfortable and is just off the expressway to the airport. Very weel situated for the busines traveller.
