Hotel staffs were amazing. They helped us find a private car to hire at reasonable price. Quiet room, excellent décor. Personal tour guide the staff found for me was excellent. Limited menu options in the ground floor restaurant (some menu items not available); staff's inability to communicate in English (I expected at least one member of reception or in the business centre could understand basic English); no shower attached to the gym; very limited seating room in ground floor buffet area.
