  Après un 1er séjour de 2 jours, ma chambre "de luxe" a été "up- gradée pour mon 2e passage tout en conservant le même prix. J'ai été absolument ravie et impressionnée par le magnifique "appartement" luxueux qui m'a été proposé, de nouveau avec une baignoire avec vue sur la ville, un très beau décors, un salon séparé, très grand confort. Petit-déjeuner avec terrasse ouverte - Hotel très bien situé, on peut aller à pied au jardin YuYuan, à la promenade sur le Bund, puis au People's Square aussi. Personnel très gentil et parlant bien anglais. La chambre très propre et chic, literie très confortable, salle de bain impeccable avec plein de serviettes, peignoir etc. Le dernier soir à Shanghai on a prix une suite au 14ème avec vue panoramique sur la ville (dont une partie du Bund notamment), avec une grande baignoire où on peut se délasser tout en admirant la jolie vue su

  I was looking for a hotel with historical character, reasonable prices and a convenient location. Marvel provided all of these. The building certainly has a special historical charm, but the rooms are functionally modern. To my pleasure, there was very little traffic noise, despite being on a very busy street.   Friendly staff who all tried so hard to accommodate my needs. Had trouble printing out my online flight check-in and the manager was most patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy access to the Bund and heart of modern pulsing Shanghai. Great value for money and I will definit - this is an excellent hotel, with great service. check-in was easy. the rooms have just enouth luxury to make you feel you're in a high-class hotel, it had a nice view of city. and the rates are very affordable. breakfast was nice, it had both western and chinese food. the location is very good because it is within a walking distance from the bund river. i would definitely stay at the riverview hotel again.

  It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay.   It was very hard to get a taxi and the staff really worked hard for us after 20 minutes secured one and we were very gratefully for this service. We were pleased all round with the accommodation and service.
