Excellent hôtel à tous point de vue : emplacement, équipement des chambres, prestations, rapport qualité/prix et surtout service impeccable et au delà de toute attente. Clients inconditionnels des appart hôtels, nous avons passé mon épouse et moi, 3 nuits dans cette résidence qui s’est révélé une des meilleures que nous ayons fréquentées.

Tout était parfait, propre, moderne et parfaitement fonctionnel. Beaucoup de détails qui changent tout, par exemple le lave linge dans la chambre avec une boîte détergent chaque jour, une bonne chaîne audio, une bonne literie, un balcon individuel... Au final, on se sent vraiment à l'aise, je reviendrai non seulement dans cet hôtel, mais je retenterai d'autres Fraser.

The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly.
The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

Good location, just 100 m from Nanjing Road (if you like it), right in the middle between The Bund and People's Park. There surely are other hotels with a prime view, like Hyatt On The Bund, The Peninsula, Shangri-La on the Pudong side of the Huanghu river but compare the rates. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Aircon was more than sufficient to deal with heat, and windows can open a little to let

The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Ascott Shanghai. The location is perfect, easy access to lots of the shopping spots and subway station is just a few mins walk. The staff is really helpful and sincere. Everything is just great, def value for the money! -

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.
