Really like the place, real Beijing feel. -
By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis.
For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.

Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous
manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel
beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. -
Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

I stayed in this hostel with 2 of my friends, so we rented a 3 beds only room and it was good enough for us. I think this place is good for travellers. Great staff, always responded to the call for help, we even call me back on the other side of Beijing and people were looking for information for us to intereneite later pepezvanivali. Was there in the winter, I think there are very comfortable in the summer, especially in the yard! Pongravilos me there!

The staff were incredible, they were great fun and really made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trips and get around with all of his advice. The location is perfect, just 10 min walk away from Qianmen and Tiananmen Square, you can also find subway and bus quite easily around there.
The cafe bar is really nice, good place to meet friends.
Beds are pretty comfortable, I stayed in a 14 bed dorm, quite a big room, not crowded at all. The A/C works well, hot water 24 hrs, and oh! the bar opens 24 hrs as well, which is a bonus!
The price is quite reasonable in Beijing, esp at central area.

We arrived in Beijing at 1am in the morning but due to difficulties with
the taxi driver finding the street this hotel was on we didn't
actually check in until 2.30am. The neon/lighted sign outside the
hotel does not read "Beijing Jinxiu Courtyard Hotel" in the
english written section however the chinese section does have that name
so there was a

but luckily some locals helped us out. The staff don't speak a great
deal of english though -

The price was super cheap, the service and amenities were far beyond the price! I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. There were several English speaking employees which was very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice are, within walking distance to the Square and Forbidden City. -

We thought the staff, Xiao wei and Gu jie, were excellent. They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring.
It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.
