Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another
room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English.
Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The river
view was splendid - I gained some fame twitting a twilight pic of river
and barges -

Staff are friendly and efficient in here. Room is big and comfortable. It is located in front if the metro station so it is very easy to access. The local famous shopping street is right in front of the hotel and is worth to visit for a day. The area is safe to walk at night and is quite. The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining. I think I will like to stay this hotel again its absolutely great the
rooms is so comfortable staff friendly and the breakfast is great too. I
ask for a green chinese tea they gave me a pot hot and fresh I enjoy my
breakfast and stay but didnt have time for the spa I miss but I will

Room was good.
Location was excellent, close to bars, shops and many restaurants.
Excellent breakfast and good restaurant on site.

I travel a lot in China and I was really surprised about the profesional and efficient staff. They look after the client and take time to answer the questions. For sure I will stay again in this hotel when I have to stay in Shanghai. -

Everything was excellent: spacious and clean room, impressive lobby,
breakfast buffet with variety choices (both western and Japanese food),
good service and good location (close to the metro station and shopping

Tout était parfait, propre, moderne et parfaitement fonctionnel. Beaucoup de détails qui changent tout, par exemple le lave linge dans la chambre avec une boîte détergent chaque jour, une bonne chaîne audio, une bonne literie, un balcon individuel... Au final, on se sent vraiment à l'aise, je reviendrai non seulement dans cet hôtel, mais je retenterai d'autres Fraser.

City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist
attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on
your doorstep. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet which is
great. 12 pm check out is a real help if you've visiting the local
bars at night ;) -

The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time
at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both
business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as
you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the
hotel address for the return. -

... ce que les gens disent » rs and it's my favourite hotel in shanghai. I'm sure there are more luxurious but this is in a great area for eating and drinking. Rooms are big and clean and they are generous with upgrades. Just don't ever expect them to remember you've been before!
