Staffs are very accomodating. Our fridge was bad, so they got us another
room. Room service was super fast and friendly and they spoke English.
Stayed there 3 times and service improves every time - kudos. The river
view was splendid - I gained some fame twitting a twilight pic of river
and barges -

Staff are friendly and efficient in here. Room is big and comfortable. It is located in front if the metro station so it is very easy to access. The local famous shopping street is right in front of the hotel and is worth to visit for a day. The area is safe to walk at night and is quite. The rooms were big, clean and functional. The breakfast on the 49th floor gave us a great view of Shanghai. The hotel was beside a mall and subway station that makes it convenient to shop and get around the city. After the mall and subway is a lovely, artistic and trendy development marked with small shops and restaurants where you can spend an entire morning or afternoon shopping and dining. I think I will like to stay this hotel again its absolutely great the
rooms is so comfortable staff friendly and the breakfast is great too. I
ask for a green chinese tea they gave me a pot hot and fresh I enjoy my
breakfast and stay but didnt have time for the spa I miss but I will
hope to go for it is so big and beautifully, the chinese rooms at

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We found it was the same cost as having to get two rooms at a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants and banks.Will stay there again. Would be great for a fa

We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

The location is fantastic (I lived in shanghai before and it is for me
the best district in terms of charms, local designers' shops and
underground bars) And it is very central. The staff was very nice apart
from the reception desk (blasé) but it can become a game to try to make
them smile... They would need to relax a bit and be more friendly.

Nice location in the middle of French Concession. A lot of restaurants
and spas are in the walking distance. Quiet place. Double room is ok
with enough space for 1 person. Wired internet is free of charge.

City hotel is in a very good position. Very close to lots of tourist
attractions and is very good for the local shopping which is right on
your doorstep. The hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet which is
great. 12 pm check out is a real help if you've visiting the local
bars at night ;) -

The staff were very helpful and showed flexiubility. This is my 5th time
at this hotel and its very consistent. The location is superb for both
business, shopping and sightseeing. The taxi guide is very helpful as
you can just show your location to the driver. And also show him the
hotel address for the return. -

The stay at the Puli was perfect from beginning to end: wonderful,
modern room with a unique and chic decor(increasingly difficult to find
with cookie-cutter hotel aesthetics); fantastic food at the restaurant;
and well-maintained and luxurious facilities. I won't stay anywhere
else in Shanghai now.
