Staff were superb especially the staff on the Club level - couldn't have been more helpful and friendly - they were some of the best staff I have ever encountered in a business hotel.
The hotel itself is right at Terminal 3 they have a little shuttle bus in bright pink so you don't miss it but in truth you can easily walk it from the arrivals in a

Excellent and modern design hotel, 2 minutes from terminal 3.
Excellent breakfast, both Chinese and continental
Very comfortable room. Free shuttle to airport every 15 mins, from airport 35 min to the city by airport expresstrain.
Though directly next to the airport, I did not have problems with noise from the airplanes.

Everything, including the excellent Chinese restaurant.
Just wish it was connected to the International Airport, or that they have a pick up shuttle every 30 minutes. They have a drop off shuttle every 30 minutes, but to get there from the Airport is a hassle, or I did something wrong. -

I love the design and style of the Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen.
The staff are excellent right across the board and all speak English. They are so helpful. Love the pool and spa as well. -

I loved the design. The authentic feel of the historic premises was
truly captivating. The design of the hotel is superb, blending old with
new in an absolutely perfect way. The staff were very helpful,
professional, warm and friendly, and dressed in traditional Chinese
clothing. One could get to know them all by name, and they are all
wonderful.

Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his
passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours
later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get
it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are
very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! -

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

They provided a crib, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby products without a word. They were fantastic with our son!!! Especially the Lounge staff
