Has a distinctive identity and stands out, in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood. Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude.
Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though).
The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.

Location couldn't be beat--lovely historic street from 1928, close to red line Metro, safe at night. Charming B&B. Hosts Ignacio & Gladys were very kind & extremely accomodating. Excellent breakfast. I would definitely return to Providencia B&B on next visit. -

Double rooms are spacious. The one located in the middle of the terrace (they call it No. 14) seems to be a nice choice (but with weak wifi signal). Friendly and helpful staff could provide travel info. -

After traveling for 5 months it was great to stay somewhere that felt like a home away from home! Ivan and Jason were fantastic and couldn't have done more to help with any questions I had, to top it off the ribs Ivan prepared on the BBQ were amazing! We rebooked this hotel for our second stay in Santiago as it is in a
good location, is good value for money and has good facilities. Most of

It was an amazing place. We enjoyed very much our two nights in "Princesa Insolente Hostel". Staffs were very friendly (thanks Randall) and helpful. Everything was clean a tidy.
