  This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice.   I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Next time I visit Santiago, for sure i'll stay again at - I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience.
