  Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. Nothing was too much to ask for. Reception staff also had a good grasp of the English language. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the borders of the bohemian ... ce que les gens disent » and business districts and most sites worth seeing are within easy and safe walking distance. To top it all, I found Santiago the most enjoyable city - The staff were the best hat we have encountered during our tour of South America. Both the day + night shift knew their business and looked after us very well. Breakfast was superb and I loved the fresh strawberry juice! The location itself proved a good choice. It is the other side of the river from the centre, but it is only a short 10/12 minute walk. The street is quiet, but it is only a 10 minute stroll to the heart of bellavista for the nightlife and restaurants. Mega comfy bed.
