  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   The location was great. The price was very good. The food was great value for money. Above all, the staff were excellent and bent over backwards to assist one and, in our case, even with issues not related to our stay at the hotel.   Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.
