  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   The room was excellent in all respects: bed, bathroom, air conditioning and free wi-fi. Very good breakfast. The staff was always very helpful and nice. Despite being a bit away from the city center, the hotel is one block from the metro that works very well in Santiago. - Very good location

  it was very convenient for visiting our daughter in Santiago. We were able to walk to the center of town for meals and it was convenient to the Metro. - The place is very well located, all staff is very friendly and does everything to make your stay easy and good.

  Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites. My son that had been living there for 2 years as a missionary ... ce que les gens disent » said it was a much nicer place than the apartments he had stayed in. We were very comfortable staying here and felt very safe. - Location was great and close to subway and buses. Able to walk to nearby sightseeing venues and Hop ON- Hop Off buses. Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable.

  I booked here for 4 nights and ended up staying for 9 nights! The host Kelly is lovely, kind and helpful. You will not find a better host in many places in the world than her :) The B&B building is a gorgeous old renovated home that is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. It is safe and its location is superb. You can walk into town in 30mins or - Christian, the host and owner of the Abracadabra, went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. One night, he spent almost an hour on the phone trying to arrange a vineyard tour for us on the next day. Before we left, he made a great effort to make sure that the taxi driver takes us to the airport safely and does not rip us off. Certainly a wonderful place to stay during your time in Santiago!
