  It is a great hotel that met my expectation, great location, very clean, new facility, excelent staff that know how to treat people. It is a very green hotel with a lot of efficient features like almost all light bulbs are LED. I would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Puerto Natales - The location is great for access to restaurants, shop... ce que les gens disent » ping, and the waterfront. At the same time it provides a very quiet environment. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us.
