Very cosy Lodge,nicely furnished,great beds with soft linen, beautiful vieuws,breakfast with fresh warm bread and lost more, but important very friendly and helpfull owners. We had car problems and they were really helpful to fix this problem. Thanks for everything ,we had a graet time at your place !!!!! -

Stayed here 2 years ago as part of prepaid tour. Obviously liked it since we're back. Very attractive, Eco friendly, really rather luxurious at a good price. Excellent breakfast included, good meals available

The hotel building is nicely designed, very cozy from the inside, with a wonderful view from the roof top terrace. Very quiet location.
Wonderful view from my room over the bay and towards the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Calm sofa corners on three floors. -

room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast was very generous and when we
could not connect to wifi = we have an older computer which struggles at
times with weak signals = they gave us their laptop for the evening and

Rooms are spacious and breakfasts are ample with a toaster on each table (nice touch!). It is only 10-15 minute walk from bus station and 5 minute walk from erratic rock for T-P orientation. Lucy is wonderfully helpful. She will put out a thermos of hot water anytime of day for tea or coffee. They also store extra bags for those going on Torres-del-Paines trek.

Staff does a great job of helping guests with needs. Many of them
answered questions about the Torres del Paine park for me. One wonderful
woman helped me to make sandwiches to take with us on our hike one day.
Hotel was extremely comfortable, warm, welcoming and a wonderful place to return to after a long day of driving and hiking within the park

We have been here twice. The woman is very nice and although she
doesn't speak english she makes you feel at home. City centre is a 5
minute walk. The superior room with the private bathroom is worth the
extra money. -
