  The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We were booked into a room with twin beds, but when wew staed we had asked for a king bed, we were immediately changed to a room with a king bed and great ocean view. The complimentary ride to and from the airport was great and we were given a fresh flower lei on arrival. Close enough to walk to where we wanted to go, b - The room was spacious and clean with a nice, firm bed. The view was gorgeous, ocean view and spectacular! The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. Lots of terrific restaurant recommendations and the places suggested were just as they were described! Many sights were walking distance and the main town is just a block away making the hotel nice, private and quiet.

The establishment is more like a bed and bath with a nice lobby area and breakfast dining next to each other. Less than 5 mins walk to the airport. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help you if you needed something. It is only 20 minutes walk to town but for some it might be better to hire a car or quad bike as the walk home is almost completely uphill. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. The owners are fantastic and gave all brightness for the place: they are kind, generous, give you all hints do you need to get the best of the island. Breakfast is customized and its delivered in front of your bedroom. Simple and delicious! Definitely we'll comeback there!

As soon as you walked through the main arch, you were whisked away to a tropical setting, not unlike the Rapa Nui people experienced, with authentic wooden buildings and layout, with palm trees and other exotic flora decorating the premises!
