I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general. It gave us the experience of slipping back in time. Most important was the human connection--the friendliness and graciousness of the staff. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. Location to the MTS Centre. The shopping mall being very close. The hotel itself was very nice. Starbucks on the main floor was very nice to have. We also liked not having room close to elevator. Pleasant staff. -

We were a family of 9 ranging from grandparents to infant twins and everyone enjoyed their stay. We found everyone friendly and helpful, the slides and pool were a hit and the service was great. Would stay there again when traveling to Winnipeg!! -

I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block

The professionnalism of the staff at the front counter.
When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the

The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see. The lounge was certainly friendly and the food was very good. The staff in the restaruant were very helpful.

I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park. The free parking for this downtown location is much appreciated and a huge selling point. The room was clean and comfortable.
