  We stayed just one night on a short visit to Whistler and were given a free upgrade on arrival. We had a large, comfortable room with a full kitchen, seating and dining areas, a fireplace, a double whirlpool bath and a views of the mountains. Although we arrived several hours before the advertised check-in time, we were given a room straight awa... ce que les gens disent » y. The hotel was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. We liked being able to prepare our own breakfast in the room at our leisure the next mornin - I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.

  The location was excellent, as was the size of the room with full kitchen and laundry facilities. So close to everything including the chair lifts.
