The location was perfect for a post cruise stay -- right across the street from the cruise ship. The room was truly fabulous: warm, inviting, comfortable, quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the amenities were consistent with a 5 star hotel.

It is a GREAT location for walking the city, shopping, sight-seeing etc. It's very close to walk from the train station. The Tourist Information Centre was only a few blocks away, from where one can do the hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. It's also a pleasant walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient
location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the
pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to
the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything
that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a
perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good
to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

The place was a treat to stay at. The proprietor and his family made everyone welcome. His staff were fun and one of them shared English and French lessons with us. The food was excellent and prepared by the proprietor who is a wonderful chef. The rooms were beautiful. We had a great stay and hope to be able to return one day. -

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. The bed was phenomenal, I am a finicky sleeper and I had no trouble falling asleep. One quirk, the shutters open on the outside, meaning one can "peak" inside the bathroom. During a road trip from Toronto to Halifax, I chose this hotel based in reviews and wasn't disappointed. The newest part of the hotel is beautifully done. The rooms are equipped with wonderfully modern stylish decor.

This is a great place to stay. Well decorated, modern, very clean, friendly staff. The bathroom was almost as big as the room with separate rain shower and a cozy bathtub. Free Wi-Fi in the room, flat screen tv . The chap at the reception was kind enough to help us with our luggage. -
