Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Very delicious breakfast with local cheese and pâté. The innkeeper is delightful. She makes you feel right at home and is very helpful with information about the area. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and linens of good quality. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Excellent service: on a accepté de nous louer un autre chalet alors que le 1er ne nous convenait pas. Nous avons quand même eu la chance de tomber sur une fin de semaine où l'achalandage était bas (début septembre).
Très bon service aussi en massothérapie et Spa/détente. -

We loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our 2 night stay and when we arrived we received 2 free tickets for the gondola up the mountain, as well as 2 $10 coupons for the casino which we were not expecting, so that was great. Exceptional B & B in every way. Staying in this remarkably decorated historical home, so close to downtown sights, restaurants, and lake walk, was transporting indeed. We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -
The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.
