L'accueil, le dépaysement, la tranquillité. Le fait de prendre le traversier pour s'y rendre donne un signal au cerveau; ici, on prend le temps! Et c'est un très bel endroit pour le vélo. -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Felt fortunate to find this hotel. Metro right across the street!! Also
could catch a bus there.....FREE Parking! Was able to keep car in the
parking lot for the day although we had already had checked out....that
was great!! We found the room clean, no bedbugs......staff very helpful
and friendly, dining room was very nice (staff again

experience and the Botanical Gard - Rooms were nicely sized, staff helpful, pool area very clean, restaurant available for breakfast very nice and convenient for travelling with kids, accessibility to the metro fantastic for us since we visited so many attractions while we were there and it was the quickest way to travel

Very well located, far from the road so we dont hear any noise. -
Matane is simply awful, but the Riotel is an oasis in a desert of ugliness. You can have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and never have to go out

I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. -

The hotel is in prime location and really good for the price. the room was big, with nice wooden floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutleries. The staffs gave us 2 nights of free internet out of our 3 nights stay. They are very helpful and friendly. The room service is good as well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.

I was travelling with friends (we had 3 rooms) to see the Moncton Wildcats play Shawinigan. We ate at the restuarant 3 times. Even though we spoke no french, we had a great laugh with the staff and they were extremely friendly and just did a great job. -
