  This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. A short $7 taxi ride to the falls gets you right amongst the action... ce que les gens disent » . Would certainly use this place again when in the area. - Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly.Our room was very large and clean. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great value and the location was just a short distance to all local attractions.

  I chose this place because I was trying to do Niagara Falls on a budget. I went in a little skeptical but was very impressed! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect-close enough to walk to the falls and Clifton hill but just far enough to be able t... ce que les gens disent » o justify eating a bowl of poutine! The room had a fridge and microwave, which was really helpful since I was traveling with my 11 month old. And the - Good hotel. We rented two single rooms for a week. Rooms have private bathes. Everything is clean. Rooms have TV (we have not tried it), and WiFi access, which is stable in some places in the room (near the window). Hotel is located in 15 min walk from the falls.The hosts are friendly, especially Khaled. Base package doesn't include room service, but it can be ordered for additional charge. This hotel can be recomennded as a chip place to stay for fiew days.

  The room was newly renovated, neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and wireless internet. Bed was comfy. An easy-to-get-to, quiet location within walking distance to casino, falls, Skylon Tower, shopping, and restaurants. Really comfortable. Didn't hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms.

  The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room. The Cyrstal Inn has an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to ... ce que les gens disent » go in. The room we stayed in was usually $199 and on letsbookhotel.com we got it for $99 which was a great price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. - The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.

  Very Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very accomating and extremely friendly staff, it was a pleasure liked the close proximity to shopping, and restaurants,to stay at the hotel, would stay their again and recommend to my friends - Room with king bed was very nice.   From the time we arrived to the moment we left we felt comfortable. A true home away from home. Staff was excellent, helped us in choosing the perfect expedition through Niagara within our time constraints. The room was just what we needed, very lean and fairly spacious.
