From the first hello, we liked everything. was very enjoyable, separate entrance plus a nice size bedroom with A large spacious bathroom.Quiet neighbourhood but (close to down-town) Best of all both hosts Richard & David provided a large scrumptious breakfast each morning,I highly recommend this B & B

I loved the accommodation. The Owner, Jane made sure I was completely comfortable and if I needed anything to let her know. I loved just the relaxing atmosphere and hearing the calming sounds of the waves breaking shore. Beautiful view and the beach, just steps away was wonderful. I'd go again in a second. -

Happy Place was very homey and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and conversation at the breakfast table was delightful. Specifically stayed in a room with a private patio, which I would highly recommend for early morning coffee or evening wine. -

What a lovely surprise to find this B & B. Great Hostess & Host. Booked King & Queen rooms for 2 adults, 3 kids (15,12,9) & 2 dogs. Very spacious & comfortable. Scrumptious breakfast with beautiful table layout. Highly recommend this B&B. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Peggy and Gerald were fantastic hosts. They make you feel like family. We were given great information about nearby tried-and-true restaurants and attractions.
