Location was excellent. You are right in the middle of everything. Trolley and boat cruises are right there. Staff was excellent and helpful. Malgré que le quartier soit un peu viellot, l'intérieur de l'Hotel est bien les chambres sont grandes le service excellent. Honète pour la qulité et le prix ainsi que la prioximité du centre d'Ottawa - situation assez centrale avec parking gratuit.

After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were
muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly.
Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to
our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the
backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -

They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery. Also, even though I was beside a camping ground, it was very quiet at night. -

I liked, in a word, the price. In three, the price and free breakfast.
It's a cheap, decently clean, decently comfortable, decently located motel. Expect that and nothing more and you won't be disappointed.
Amenities included: fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The TV was a flat panel with HDMI, you can hook up your BluRay/game console/computer

very relaxing and peaceful. The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a great price and good location. We loved the pool and basketball net, The cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job. Breakfast was plentiful with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I loved the heart shaped jacuzzi in the room! Helped for the romantic getaway we were looking for! The staff was very friendly allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready! The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! -

Bien situe pas tres loin de terminal d autobus et metro - Clean room,good price and location,friendly staffwish it was a littlecloser to my convention,would have liked a better view - I booked a double room, but not sure what happened, but when I got there..they said it wasn't available anymore (double booked perhaps). Ended up with a single king
