  The location was wonderful and very scenic. The lodge was relatively new, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this place as a home base to anyone who is travelling through Trinity or Bonavista area. Darlene, our host, made our stay special as well with her hospitality, cooking and yarns. My impression is that the Hotel is well managed, and the staff are very well trained. The Hotel is beautifully laid out in refurbished 19th century buildings on the harbour front.   Fabulous hotel, wonderful staff; excellent restaurant, the tastiest steak ever, absulutely one of the greatest places you wanna ever try is to spend a few nights in gros morne. Park - The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator. The restaurant is excellent.

  The staff were expecting us when we arrived and are very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant (Jack's) was excellent and the staff there very friendly. - We went to st. John's for medical reasons. Stayed at capital b/c we did stay there before and it was clean and quiet.

  I stay here anytime I travel to St.John's. I was there in January when a huge snow storm came through. This was the time you won my heart, about 50 guest were storm stayed and the hotel rose above, we were all feed and treated like family with no extra cost to our bills. Thank you so much for every time I enjoy my stay in your hotel, as long as I travel to St. John's this is were I will be st - The staff were so helpful and willing to please. Our suite was a bit of "home away from home", with very comfortable beds and always well maintained. The on-site restaurant has a nice variety to the menu, great food, good prices and hours of operation. We will definitely book our next stay in St. John's at the Ramada.
