The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.

bed with a separate pull out. This was not satisfactory to our family as we requested 2 queen beds. The weekend was very busy with several hockey families and staff were run off their feet,but were very willing to make us happy.

Adult hour at the pool between 10-11 PM. Liked that there were 5 different pools to pick from. As soon as we checked in and parked the car we were instantly in vacation mode...Harrison Hot Springs hotel did that. The staff were super helpful and happy. I liked how the staff are very friendly even when it got really busy. The staff were very helpful with answering questions and making us feel welcomed. The pool area and hot tub were clean and the layout is nice. The options for the buffet exceeded my expectations, there were options for everyone even the picky eaters. I very much liked how they served turkey sausages. The view from the patio in the buffet is spectacular.
