I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Our two-bedroom suite was modern, beautiful and well-furnished with everything we needed. The resort is in a great location and has all the amenity's required for a nice stay. The 3 Hot tubs and 2 pools are excellent and are a great place to unwind after a fun filled day Golfing at one of the many world class golf courses. The room I had was perfect for 2. It also had a nice view and the room was equipped with all the right comforts for a great stay a true 4 star trying to be a 5

This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects.
And the location is......perfect!
I rarely give 5 stars...this hotel/resort is 6! -

The location and the Spa. The maintenance staff were very willing to send a cart down to the beach to retrieve my 91 year old Dad. Many thanks!!! -
We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.

what we liked was the service. we asked to change rooms to a lower floor because the stairs were a killer. there was no problem, very pleasant to help us out. sent a porter to pick up our luggage & carry it to our new room.
