Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！

- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendat

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -

The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. It's right on the famous Stanley Park, so there's a great walkway right along the water with amazing views/sights. The quality of the soap/shampoo in the bathroom is top-notch. Location was fabulous, on the water and within walking distance of all
the cool neighborhoods in Vancouver, the port and Stanley Park. Views of
the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and
the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was
three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

The staffs are very friendly! There's a microwave in the room that we use for warming water. The location is around 7 mins by driving to the ferry port before so we can reach there easily before continue our traveling to Victoria by ferry. The price is good and it includes the Breakfast that's nice and warm atmosphere as well.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. While travelling with our dog, I suffered a fractured ankle and ended up on crutches and in an air cast. Everyone from front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast service staff were very accommodating. Great service and such genuine offers to help from everyone.
