  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

  Excellente situation chambres tres confortables - The front desk staff was professional, warm, and accommodating. When I asked for a quiet room, they put me on the top floor and it WAS a quiet, beautifully appointed, newly decorated room that gave me the serenity I was seeking.
