Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

First night was in a newly reno'd suite. Wonderful. Esp loved the Nespresso machine provided in the room and the whole set up even if in a tiny space could satisfy me or a small group for a week or longer of business or pleasure. -

The Hotel is located by the Lonsdale Quay and the very regular sea bus across to Vancouver. The accommodation was very good, quiet away from the noise of the city. There is a very good market nearby for food and other goods. A range of restaurants can be found over the road from the hotel. There a bus terminus in the same area for buses into West Vancouver and around North Vancouver and the city. The hotel staff were very helpful.

We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

La tranquilité - My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... The room was attractive and very clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a mountain view and a microwave/fridge kitchenette stocked with dishes. The small indoor pool was a perfect temperature for swimming and the outdoor hot tub was hot! The hotel is directly across from the lake and convenient to restaurants and shops. -

Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.
