The family who run the bed and breakfast are wonderful and very inviting. The accommodations are incredibly clean, modern and charming especially for the price. Even though we got in quite late at night there was didn't seem to be an issue and we were able to get a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great and there were a wide variety of options to choose from while enjoying the wonderful view of Kelowna. We would highly recommend this place.

Loved the jacuzzi suite. The steamer in the shower was an added bonus. Room was one of the nicest that we've stayed in. Will go back there again! Buffet dinner was excellent, buffet breakfast was delicious too. -

The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. We also thought the design and the colour palettes were pleasing, restful, and reflective of a seashore setting. Finally. We liked the location for its proximity to shops,restaurants, a d walking paths.

I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.
