  Joaney and Rene run one of the best B & B places I have ever been in and I've been in quite a few all over the world. Each room is individually designed and so tastefully furnished. The place is immaculate and the breakfast plentiful and organic. They will also cook hot eggs, bacon, tomatoes, etc, if you want. No drinks facilities in room but coffee - Absolutely everything! A truly unique property and service. Forced change of plans due to Banff/Calgary flooding found us in Salmon Arm where we discovered this gem by chance. All four of this lovely family were outstanding with the accommodation, attention to detail and breakfast superb. The location suited us perfectly and we stayed 3 nights instead of 1.   Just the perfect B and B experience. Private , secluded ,peaceful, comfortable. Our friends and my wife and I had the place to ourselves. Melanie is the perfect host. There when you need her and otherwise you are alone. I cant imagine a better choice than this. We will be back, Melanie. - Nice location and beautiful grounds and garden.

On the ranch you also have the possibilty to enjoy a trail ride in the woods. A must do! The ranch is also well located for hiking trips or visits to the vineyards. - The family who run the bed and breakfast are wonderful and very inviting. The accommodations are incredibly clean, modern and charming especially for the price. Even though we got in quite late at night there was didn't seem to be an issue and we were able to get a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great and there were a wide variety of options to choose from while enjoying the wonderful view of Kelowna. We would highly recommend this place.

  We enjoyed our time at this bed & breakfast inspite of very poor weather Our hostess was very friendly, accommodating & helpful. She advised us of places to visit & eat in the area & also took time to ensure our breakfast was as we desired. This proved to be excellent value for money & I would thoroughly recommend it. - Such a lovely couple of days. Gail and Jack made us feel really at home with lots of helpful advice about the area. Our two bedroom suite was beautifully decorated and super-comfortable, we both slept so well. We loved the views of the lake and surrounding mountains and watched the sunset both nights from our outdoor patio with a bottle of wine, bliss!
