  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   Just staying overnight as on train from Prince Rupert to Jasper, but it was a very comfy place and served our purpose. - The fitness room, the Japanese restaurant and the pub. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

  - I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.
