I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

Arrived at the hotel after a 13 + hour flight from New Zealand. Was
given a friendly welcome upon arrival. We had the free wifi & keys
explained to us. Had a single room suite (room 908), room was nice and
tidy, beds firm and comfy, nice view. Fully equipped kitchen, which is
helpful if you are on a budget. On the tv there is a channel where you
can watch the laundry room live, which was odd at first, but made sense

The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices.
The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful.
Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

The Summit is in a great location in the Upper Village, but is set
behind most of the shops/bars/restaurants, so it's nice and
quiet. There's a Starbucks about a 30 second walk from the lobby
doors, which then leads right into the Olympic Park (cool for kids) and
then right there is the Upper Village, with all the shops and bars you
would want. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the ski
hills/gondolas, but if you're just going up to enjoy Whistler
for a few nights, this is a great location. The

I particularly wanted the upper village. It's location gave easy access to the main lower village, approx 10 mins walk. Our outlook over the gardens and chairlift was amazing. -
The unit we stayed in was excellent. We enjoyed it much more than a previous unit. Ski in/ski out is great and the location is quiet.

The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service,

Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! Excellent hotel overall. Kitchen area very easy to use and well stocked
with cooking gear. Excellent proximity to lifts, great starage for skis,
great Irish bar on first floor, great hot tub. The list goes on. Hard to
improve on all the great features this hotel has. Cleaning service is
far above average for any hotel at any price. -

We loved the two bedroom condo. It was spacious, with beautiful views, very luxurious. Location is quiet and peaceful. Restaurant was very good. -
The villa was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Wish we has stayed longer.
