Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, great TV and Wi-Fi. Toiletries were good, bathroom overall very clean with good towels and lots of hot water. The room I was in didn't have an ocean view but it was very spacious. Overall one of the best hotels for the money in the North West. For me a 4 star! -

The staff was very friendly and accommadating. Teresa at the front desk was awsome she went out of her way to arrange our rooms so that we were all on the same floor. -
I thought that the hotel room that we were in was comfortable and roomy, the hotel itself was close to everything in town and easy to get to.

My suite felt Iike home. I was able to enjoy a good book (The History of Prince Rupert) from the small in room library and enjoy the fireplace while taking in some porpoises with the ocean view.
It was an awesome stay. -

It was a good location for us as we came from the port and actually walked to the hotel as there were no taxis. We left two days later on the Via train which is the same location so again we were able to walk but some kindly locals picked us up on the way and took us to the station which was very kind. -
