Ce que les gens disent
Excellent location ..very close to the main metro station ( Berri QUAM). The staff is very polite and friendly - gave us many free packaged water bottles.
Conveniently located near the Berri-UQAM Metro station. Bathroom was quite clean.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the bed/pillows.
The staff are generally friendly even though they spoke bad French and poor English. Room was spacious and location was superb.tous commentaires »
5 min walk to the bus station, which was very practical for us.
Spacious and comfortable room, with a fridge.
Conveniently located near Greyhound and metro stations.
The room was clean. Located near many attractions.
Location.
Cramped staircase, so a bit difficult to carry luggage. Staff not fluent in English.
My room was on the top floor. Had to climb up three floors on a winding staircase.
No elevator, no vending machines.
Had to climb 3 twisted narrow stairs to our room on the top floor everyday. The chambermaid just changed towels and bin everyday, didn't do any cleaning at all. More shelves and cupboard will be needed for clothes, especially the bathroom. The worst thing being the window in the room couldn't be opened due to the installation of the air conditioner. And wifi always failed to work, you had to reconnect again and again.
No breakfast.
No elevator (difficult if you carry heavy luggage to the 3rd floor).
Small place.
The room was very small. Not enough space for four people.
when I see the poor circumstances in which the staff lives in the hotel, I wonder if those people are not exploited?.
The room was shabby and small and the stairwell was unclean with no lift. The staff had barely any English or French and could not even provide us with a decent map.
Noisy. Dirty. Cramped.
