  Location: Nice place to stay and start for sightseeing Ottawa. Take the bus which stops almost in front of the motel and you don't have parking problems down-town Ottawa. - Upon arrival, I was nicely greeted by Joseph at the front desk. Great place to stay!!!

  I was very pleasantly surprised by this motel. It's budget priced BUT it was clean, friendly and bilingual. I was doing genealogy on my family in the area so it's location was close to the Archives, churches and cemeteries that I needed to visit. Interestingly... the type of cars in the parking lot were much higher quality than I expected for ... ce que les gens disent » a motel... and the guests that I spoke with were regulars each year. I will definitely return and do recommend it. - Motel was as billed: clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price. Although the motel is on a very busy road, the rooms are at right angles to it and therefore actually reasonably quiet. Staff was courteous and unobtrusive. At my request, my daughter was moved from the single (cheaper) room I had booked, which was across the courtyard, to the larger room right next to ours at no extra cost.

  I am business traveler and as such my priorities are somewhat different than a leisure traveler. I am mostly interested in efficiency, cleanliness and professional treatment. In this particular motel I found the staff to be extremely efficient and professional. The room was clean but it could've been a little more upgraded, the chairs for example ... ce que les gens disent » were not "adequate" (I'll just say that for the sake of being polite). Did the negative experiences overpower the positive? No, not at all. Everything - It was good value for money, clean and comfortable.
