  Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton.   A nice enough hotel. Large room with kitchenette (hot elements, microwave and utensils), shower over bath, flatscreen TV, iron & ironing board and refrigerator. Adjoining the hotel is Rosie's Bar & Grill (we dined there - it was adequate and fairly good value) and a Thai restaurant and MacDonalds is very close by. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.
