Really clean and comfortable room with all we needed. Carolyn was very helpful and accessing the house and room was easy. I was alone the first night and felt very safe. It was a convenient location to Spruce Meadows where we were visiting. -

The Stetson Inn is very good value for money and the staff are very friendly. The Stetson pub was a big hit with us. The bar staff were fun, the beer well kept and the food good at the price. If we're back in Calgary anytime soon on a budget that's where we are staying. -

We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.
We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also
took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close
location to the airport worked out well. We had dinner at the restaurant
attached at the hotel which was very good. -

We only had the one night so wanted somewhere close to the airport. It was further away than we thought but the free shuttle over-rode any problems on that score.
Also we asked for non smoking and our room smelt of smoke but the front desk very promptly changed us to another room when we made them aware of this. -

I was able to book a room needed suddenly for one night so I could get
my wife to the hospital for surgery early the next morning. I only
received the information late afternoon. She needed to have special
bathing in preparation. We only had time to sleep 4 hours. We are in our
80's and were glad to get an economical room for such a short stay. -

My partner and I stayed for a little over two weeks, and overall, we enjoyed a clean, quiet, comfortable experience. I liked that the staff were friendly; the breakfast was fulfilling, and having access to the swimming pool and hot tub was a great way to relax.

The gentleman working the front desk had excellent customer service. Although I never got his name, he remembered mine after a few hours had passed and I am sure he checked in quiet a few other people after me.

The Motel did not look like much from the outside but when we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The owners have taken great care to update the interior of each room. Although not very big it was adequate and nice.

had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the
hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel. The waiter

The hotel is excellent, really modern. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.
