Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful
indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff,
within walking distance to everything in town. Parking underneath the
lodge, in a town where there is little to no parking. -
the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel

We had a great weekend in Banff and will definitely stay at the Banff Park Lodge again.

The staff were super friendly and very positive and up -beat. I have
stayed at many hotels in Banff before and the staff at other hotels seem
really annoyed and grumpy. I really appreciated being treated in a
positive manner. Also I was happy to hear that a continental breakfast
was included. -

restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

The room size, it was awesome and down duvets and view were spectacular.
Very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we checked in, said we
could leave our bags in store room. When we went down to get them from
the parkade, a porter came and found us and told us that the clerk had a
room ready for us. I left him a $3 tip at the front desk with

Great location in Banff! We arrived only to find out I had made our booking for the following month! The manager was really kind and helpful and was able to find us a room even on a busy Family Day long weekend.
Having underground parking was a big plus after a night of snow and having so many food & pub choices within walking distance was also a big draw.

The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price. Banff is stunning, go there, you have to experience it once in your lifeti

Good restaurant, open quite late even mid-week.
Mid-week rates very good value.
Cosy, comfortable lobby.
Very large bedroom room and bathroom, both very comfortable.
Excellent king bed with two night tables--a big plus.

Great location, nice daylight basement studio apartment. Everything our family needed. Close to downtown and a
grocery store. Saved a lot of money because we had a kitchen. -
Location, budget friendly and that a group of friends can gather in a suite to chat etc.
Understanding staff that put our suites next door to each other.
