machines! Excellent value for the money, and 50 yards or so from the
free people mover to the airport terminals - ideal for a layover in the
center of the Canadian universe. Don't listen to those people
complaining about the cost of the microwave food at the bar. Sure,
it's overly expensive, but the monorail will take you to the airport
for free, and there are 24 hour restaurants there - not gourmet, but
Swiss Chalet, Timmy's, etc

I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. Everyone knows that when you get off of a long flight,

The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal).
The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels).
