Location. Close to partner's family home.
No breakfast on terrace as advertised.
Friendly staff, clean and quiet, okay food, decent rooms with good aircon.
Not walking distance from the city centre or riverside but easy enough to get a tuk tuk for 2 - 3 dollars less than 5 minutes if they know where they are going.

Buffet breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms. Balcony with 'kitchen'.
Poor location. Not close to any good restaurants or sites, and far from where most of them are located further north-east. A few staff spoke very little English. Restaurant was mediocre for the price.
