We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment with great balcony. It's a 15 minute walk from the beach, but we didn't mind because there is a big swimming pool. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

- The most customer-friendly management I've met. All we asked for for our convenience was provided asap.
- We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before.

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean (aircon in every room and a kitchenette). The complex is only 5 min walk from the beach. Plenty of space arround the pools too. D - Clean and comfortable appartments. Lovely complex with 2 pools and a supermarket, close to the beach. TSB staff - Sveltana is deffenetely an asset to the company. The food was fresh and tasty.
The beach is very close if to use the short road approximately 4-5 minutes walking.
Overall we are satisfied with our stay at Karlovo Hotel and will definitely reccomend it.
