  Lhôtel est un 4 étoiles version bulgare et donc en réalité un 3 étoiles plus mais la gentilesse du personnel et la situation géographique font que l'hôtel est vraiment bien pour un séjour touristique à Sofia. Les filles à la réception sont toutes super gentilles et mignonnes! - l'hotel est très bien situé.

  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. I love this place and will definitely be back.
