  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  Lhôtel est un 4 étoiles version bulgare et donc en réalité un 3 étoiles plus mais la gentilesse du personnel et la situation géographique font que l'hôtel est vraiment bien pour un séjour touristique à Sofia. Les filles à la réception sont toutes super gentilles et mignonnes! - l'hotel est très bien situé.

They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites.   This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ).
