The restaurant offers excellent food with domestic specialities. Do not miss this. The rooms are unique in design, each one on its own. They are decorated with a professional touch of both modern and artistic (wooded) elements blended to create a nice impression, in contrast to the surrounding picturesque mountains.

The hotel is located close to gondola, near the Strazhite and
Valevichata hotels at the intersection of Glazne and Pirin strs. (Approx
150-200m from gondola). The room we stayed was clean and it had
refrigerator (which is rare at other Bansko hotels :p ). The breakfast
was excellent, even if it wasn't a buffet-one. The staff is more
than friendly,

I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
allowed

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

The hotel is very close to everything important in Bansko.It was very clean and comfy, warm and welcoming. The owners and staff friendly and helpful sports enthusiats, always ready to reccomend and suggest places to visit, give tips to rent better and eat better! Totally reccomend it! -

Staff was very friendly. They even made us breakfast to go the day we
were leaving coz it was early. You need to give them half hour warning
to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were
warm and there was always hot water. Breakfast varied each day, which

Definately value for money. I would stay there again. -
The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!
