The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near the ski lift.

If you drive yourselves as we did it is very hard to find because it is among newly built hotels on the outskirts. Not a problem if you come in a party. The hotel manager is going to coordinate with the Tourist Information in town.

Great hotel that I highly recommend and I'd love to visit again. The staff is very proffesional and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The spa center is fantastic - very clean and cosy. The studios are very large and well equiped.

It's a little further from the city center but yet the center can be easily reached by foot (round 800 meters).

Apartment was warm, comfortable and clean. Restaurant was clean and nice Location is very quiet. Person is trying to do their best to help the visitors note 10+

The staff is excellent, so friendly, very nice and makes you feel comfortable, especially Vase at the reception :)

Cold water of the swimming pool, the hotel doesn't use central heating so in the spa center is pretty unpleasantly cold when you go between eg. pool to sauna, or fitness center
